Richard Haber is widely recognized as an elite civil trial lawyer. Mr. Haber focuses his practice on all aspects of employment litigation, complex business litigation, construction litigation and representation of executives with respect to contractual and compensation issues.
Mr. Haber has first-chaired more than 80 jury trials, including cases involving allegations of wrongful discharge, fraud, theft of trade secrets, tortious interference with business relations, challenges to non-competition agreements, and violations of various state and federal laws governing party’s contractual rights. Since 2005, Mr. Haber has personally been involved in matters that have resulted in verdicts and settlements in excess of $100 million dollars including achieving the largest verdict in the state of Ohio for an individual plaintiff in a wrongful discharge case.
In recognition of his accomplishments in this area, Mr. Haber has been listed in the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® published by Best Lawyers in conjunction with U.S. News Media Group as well as the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 editions of Cleveland’s Best Lawyers. Mr. Haber was also named the 2011 Lawyer of the Year in the area of Labor and Employment Law in Cleveland, Ohio by Best Lawyers®.

Marc Duvin is an employment attorney and healthcare consultant who focuses his practice on the representation of doctors and medical professionals. The issues faced by doctors and other professionals in today’s healthcare landscape are wide-ranging, and Mr. Duvin’s experience thus encompasses a broad swath of that ever-changing landscape. He has successfully helped his clients navigate contract negotiations, complex business transactions, lender relationships, real estate acquisition, development of ancillary services, and all aspects of compliance. Mr. Duvin counsels clients prior to and/or in the midst of matters of governmental review, investigation, or prosecution, whether such matters are at the administrative, civil or criminal stage. Lindsey Self is a labor and employment attorney, licensed in Ohio and Michigan, who represents clients in a variety of employment-related matters including wrongful discharge, complex workplace injury, sexual harassment, and employment discrimination. She gave a TEDx Talk on unconscious bias in the workplace and is published in the areas of employment law and labor relations.
Ms. Self graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Toledo Law Review. She served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jeffrey Helmick of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Honorable Darlene O’Brien of the Washtenaw County Trial Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Self worked in human resources and practiced management-side labor and employment law, providing a unique perspective to her practice.
