Lindsey Self is a labor and employment attorney, licensed in Ohio and Michigan, who represents clients in a variety of employment-related matters including wrongful discharge, complex workplace injury, sexual harassment, and employment discrimination. She gave a TEDx Talk on unconscious bias in the workplace and is published in the areas of employment law and labor relations.

Ms. Self graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Toledo Law Review. She served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jeffrey Helmick of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Honorable Darlene O’Brien of the Washtenaw County Trial Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Self worked in human resources and practiced management-side labor and employment law, providing a unique perspective to her practice.
