Richard Haber is widely recognized as an elite civil trial lawyer. Mr. Haber focuses his practice on all aspects of employment litigation, complex business litigation, construction litigation and representation of executives with respect to contractual and compensation issues.

Mr. Haber has first-chaired more than 80 jury trials, including cases involving allegations of wrongful discharge, fraud, theft of trade secrets, tortious interference with business relations, challenges to non-competition agreements, and violations of various state and federal laws governing party’s contractual rights. Since 2005, Mr. Haber has personally been involved in matters that have resulted in verdicts and settlements in excess of $100 million dollars including achieving the largest verdict in the state of Ohio for an individual plaintiff in a wrongful discharge case.

In recognition of his accomplishments in this area, Mr. Haber has been listed in the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® published by Best Lawyers in conjunction with U.S. News Media Group as well as the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 editions of Cleveland’s Best Lawyers.
